IN GOD WE TRUST
There was a time when our country stood on these words “In God We Trust.” America
was considered a blessed nation because of its belief that only God could maintain us as
a strong nation. But where are we now? What has happen to us?
We have turned from the creator to created things. We have turned our faith and trust from the almighty God to witches, and psychics who pretend to know our future when they do not even know theirs. America has turned from the true God to those who think they are Gods.
Jer 2:11 Has a nation ever changed its gods? (Yet they are not gods at all.) But my people have exchanged their Glory for worthless idols.
After I myself deceiving many for twenty-five years as a psychic, medium and spiritualist, I can tell you that it is all a lie!
It is in an uncertain economy and stressful financial times when the devil prowls around seeking who he may devour. People are running to psychics and mediums thinking they will find hope rather than returning to the true living God. As an ex spiritualist I did not even know my own future, how would I know yours. Nevertheless, many today continue to seek out those who will give them psychic readings, with promises for a better life and a better future; not knowing that these psychics themselves have their own lives falling apart.
Only the mighty God that can uphold us through the great storm that America is going through.
It is these same psychics, and mediums who are becoming rich while feeding you lies, and false hopes. 800 physics telephone numbers are at an all time high and some of the most popular TV shows are psychics calling the dead and letting you believe that you can communicate with dead relatives of family members.
When will America repent? America has been bending their knees to Satan for too long instead of bending their knees to Jesus Christ. When will this nation turn back to the God of their forefathers, which is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ?
Jer 14:20 O LORD, we acknowledge our wickedness and the guilt of our fathers; we have indeed sinned against you.
Who hands are you putting your life in? America!
John, thanks for calling America back to her godly roots and sending out a warning to turn aside from evil. Your testimony is a living witness to all who are attracted to the supernatural but are being lured to darkness rather than light. Keep shining the Light everywhere you go!
ReplyDeleteJohn I saw you last night on Atlanta TV. My cousin, Christi Smith, was also a guest speaker so that's why I tuned in. OMG, your story is so chilling. I still can't get it off my mind. Thank you so much for telling your story, hopefully you got through to someone who really really needed to hear it. As for me, I used to think if I could only know that my mother knew that I was missing her everyday and could somehow speak to her again, so I read Sylvia Brown books and watched those TV shows too and even paid a medium to "talk to my mother". I now know what God says in his holy word about all that and I know how wrong it is. My mother will be waiting for me when I get to heaven. Until then, God has healed my heart from the loss of her. He stands beside me now instead of her every step that I take and when I can't walk I know that he will walk for me. Again, thank you for your testimony. Loretta
ReplyDeleteI heard your testimony on friday October 29, 2010 when u came to visit our Church, Fordham Manor Reform. I am sure like a lot of us believers, we all will agree, that we may not understand Y God allow His Children to go thru what we do, BUT We know in the end, it's all for His GLORY!!! He's NOT Fair a God, but He IS JUST in all He does, & all He allow in our lives. I must say that as I heard ur testimony & then went home & read your book, the first 5 chapters, I had to stop a couple of times to pray as my eyes filled w/tears as u told ur story of your childhood... I know that He did not brig u this far to leave u, so I know that The Lord will continue to shower u & ur daughter w/His Grace & Mercy & will continue to shine His light on you both & the ministry He's called u4...Jesus is LORD!!! & just as He's been there for & w/u b4 u realized He was w/u? I know that He will continue 2be there 4u & w/u... "Greater is HE that is IN U than HE that is in the world"...Than u for shareing... May the Joy & Peace that is the Lord's continue to guard ur heart soul & mind. Jesus loved u then & Loves u now & forever. U r Blessed.
